I like that I am able to help people on a daily basis and assist patients by answering insurance questions and I am very happy with the end result to help the patients receive durable medical equipment. What is a professional success story you are proud of since working here? My most proud and most memorable moment is the time that a patient needed a DME item and they were having a difficult time understanding the agent they spoke to when they called the insurer. I called the insurer and obtained the information for the patient and explained the details to the patient. She was very happy to have had the assistance and sent me a very nice thank you card. What hobbies/interests do you have outside of work? I spend my free time away from work with my black lab and my husband. We enjoy sailing our sailboat on the Indian River as often as we can. |
