Meet the Team

Colleen

Colleen is the owner of Browning’s Pharmacy and Healthcare. She is a fifth-generation Floridian and native of Melbourne. She lives in Melbourne Beach with her husband, Jim, and daughter, Morgan. Upon graduating from Melbourne High School and the University of Florida with her master’s degree in accounting, Colleen worked as a C.P.A. for several years before joining the family business in 1995. She is proud to have taken over ownership of Browning’s in 2011. In 2012, Browning’s Pharmacy and Healthcare celebrated 50 years in business. We follow the mission: “To enrich the quality of life of our patients and their caregivers by providing essential home medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.” Colleen was a member of the Melbourne Beach Volunteer Fire Department.  She is currently on the Board of The Haven for Children and the Treasurer of FAHCS (Florida Alliance of Home Care Services) . In her spare time, she likes to fish offshore, do yard work, cook and make candles.

George

George started Browning's Pharmacy in 1962 and passed away in 2024 at the age of 92.
