RESPONSIBILITIES
- THE RESPIRATORY CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE RESPIRATORY MANAGER.
- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FOR THE PATIENT FOR DELIVERY AND BILLING PURPOSES.
- TAKE TELEPHONE ORDERS FROM VARIOUS AGENCIES AND CUSTOMERS FOR ANY CPAP EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
- FOLLOW ALL REGULATORY GUIDELINES AND KEEP IN COMPLIANCE WITH ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS.
- WORK WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT TO TIMELY RESOLVE ANY BILLING ISSUES.
- BE FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DELIVERY TICKETS GENERATED.
- INSURANCE VERIFICATION'S.
- ALWAYS PUT NOTES IN BRIGHTREE FOR EACH TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH A PATIENT.
