Some ‘key people’ who may be of help to you:

Our receptionist’s name is Pam. When you call, try to be as specific as possible about what your needs are. This will help her to route your call more efficiently. She will be happy to take a message, or to help you find someone who can help you if the person you wanted is not available.

Our sales floor team is growing in leaps and bounds. If you need information about off the shelf items, such as splints, braces, wound care products, compression stockings, ostomy products, incontinence products, aids to daily living or rental equipment, these are the people you need to talk to: Mary Ellen, Dale, Bonnie, Shannah, Arlene, and Phil.

We also offer the services of certified rehab technology suppliers. Thana France, Michelle Gunn, and staff are available to assess your patients seating and positioning needs for both power and manual wheelchairs. They are also well versed in the latest technologies available to help your patients maintain the highest functional level possible.

Leona is the leader of our customer service team. The service team is comprised of Matt, Donna, and Leona and they are responsible for taking most of the phone orders and for gathering information about products for which you may be searching. They route many of the items to be delivered and are generally a good information source.

For respiratory services, we have Gregg Kluver who can provide clinical education and instruction to our patients. Carol Murrey is our coordinator of respiratory services and is happy to offer her expertise to answer any questions you may have about our products or services. Our respiratory department prides itself in our response time to patient needs. For example, it is our policy to set up a new nebulizer patient by the time of their next dose.

We have a full line of scooter & wheelchair lifts, hand controls, stairclimbers. Bob Brice  is your contact
